As a Policy Engagement and Communications Associate, Ernesto works with the wider GO Lab team to design and deliver policy engagement activities and to develop tailored knowledge resources and stakeholder communications for the GO Lab's community of researchers and practitioners.
Prior to joining the GO Lab, Ernesto worked as a Policy Analyst on technology policy for the European Commission. He also worked as a Project Manager for the Navarra Center for International Development, an international research hub based in Spain that focuses on development issues in Central America and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Ernesto has a DPhil in the History of Diplomacy from the University of Oxford. Over the past years, he has endeavoured to combine research endeavours with professional initiatives; and he has contributed to projects in the fields of history, transnational governance, technology policy and the prevention of misinformation.
