Elizabeth is an associate in Freshfields’ Global Projects Disputes Practice. Her practice covers public procurement, major projects, judicial reviews and human rights. She has acted for clients on contentious and non-contentious procurement matters across a variety of sectors, including public services, transport and defence. She regularly contributes to articles relating to public procurement and won the Rosie Choueka Memorial Essay Prize on public procurement in 2019.
As a member of the Global Business and Human Rights Group, Elizabeth also advises clients on modern slavery risks in their business operations and best practice in respect international human rights standards. She has advised a wide range of multinational clients on their human rights and modern slavery policies and the implications of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
