Meet the 2020 GO Lab Fellows of Practice

Each year the Government Outcomes Lab appoints a small group of leading practitioners from across the public, private and voluntary sectors to support our mission  to advance research and practice in how governments tackle complex social needs.

The position of Fellow of Practice is pro-bono, and Fellows contribute to our work in many different ways, from providing input into our research and analytical work, speaking at our events, authoring and reviewing papers, and sharing learning to strengthen the global community of practitioners. In 2020 we will be joined by nine Fellows of Practice whose expertise spans a range of sectors and countries. What they all share is a deep commitment to public service and to improving social outcomes for those most vulnerable in society.  

The Fellows of Practice come from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. They include: international development leaders who have championed innovative models of funding social programmes in low- and middle-income countries; policy-makers who are championing evidence-based approaches to policy development; and practitioners with decades of experience in helping improve public services.
